First of all, call your bank to collect information about direct Online Banking on your bank account. After confirming from bank Customer Id information of the Bank account should be verified in QuickBooks, follow the below methods to verify.
- Go to Chart of Accounts
- Go to the Bank Feed Settings tab and make sure that the Customer ID information field matches the customer ID provided to the bank for Online services
- Check the difference and correct it
- Go to your transactions in Bank feeds and select send items to check whether the issue has been fixed or not
