QuickBooks Error OL-332 occurs when QuickBooks detects an invalid customer ID or Pin while trying to work on Online Banking services. Online Banking not enable on the bank account can also be the major reason of the cause of this error.
Steps to fix QuickBooks Error OL -332
First of all call your bank to collect the information about direct Online Banking on your bank account. After confirming from bank Customer Id information of the Bank account should be verified in QuickBooks, follow the below methods to verify.
- Go to Chart of Accounts
- Go to the Bank Feed Settings tab and make sure that Customer ID information field matches the customer ID provided to the bank for Online services
- Check the difference and correct it
- Go to your transactions in Bank feeds and select send items to check whether the issue has been fixed or not
- If you receive the same error message then contact QuickBooks customer service team for further fixation.
